Hello is anyone still here? I have an important question.
I’m using direct linking from yahoo to merchant. I understand I need to have a landing page. how do you set up this script so the landing page redirects to the merchant while still harvesting all the data.
How do I connect the data collected on the landing page with the sale on clickbank. Is there an tid that is passed on the clickbank in the transactions report that will associate with data collected on the landing page ergo knowing what click generated that sale?
Is all this data in this script cloaked?

You should add this line of code:

curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER, true);

to assign the output into the $page variable:

$page = curl_exec($ch);

@Tim – There is no ‘right’ path bud. Jump in there and start testing. You’ll never accomplish anything or learn how to make it in this biz if your sitting on the sidelines, reading blogs all day. Focus on what you know best, outsource the rest and if you can’t afford hired help in the beginning, fake the funk and do your best. Best advice, test everything and then test some more. Split test, refine. Rinse and repeat.

Learn sales copy 1st, just jump in and start testing your own ideas, any suggestions on the right path?

Wow..that is a lot of really good information.

Thank you for the great ideas.

The good thing about getting banned or the rebills coming to a grind..so many better and more interesting ideas come from it. I know I did not want to go back to work for someone..I just have to work smarter.
