Yet another reason to pay for managed support
I was on vacation and didn’t have regular internet access. Luckily this wasn’t one of my main boxes and this was a site that didn’t get much traffic. But you can see why if you’re paying for traffic why it’s 100% worth it to buy a box management service.

PlatinumServerManagement has done well on my cPanel server. They’ve saved my ass many times.
Pretty cataclysmic graph dude, I box which dies about once a month and has done for the last 3 – next time it does it I will have to wipe it and start again I think – downtime is the worst sort of time!

It is also easy to backup and transfer all your websites from one server to another server if you have cPanel installed.-,
