Hi Smaxor, I tried building a high conversion landing page for subscriptions to my fantasy sports site. I’m a bit new to this but I used Dreamweaver/Photoshop to create the pages, linked them under a subdomain name that had the keywords targeted. I used Mozenda as a web scraping software to grab top news about sports, and put in google analytics. Q? When I track conversions via the analytics, should I be more concerned about bounce rate or exits? Oh and congratz on the book!

I completely agree. You get into the business to start making some good money, and when you have more time you actually start to have better, bigger ideas about your business.

I think it takes a while for people to get their heads around “fast cash” and start thinking log term.

Hi Smaxor,
excellent article. I’d like to know how you actually initiated the first deal with coders though…I live in the UK(London) and I don’t know if there are any guys on WF who are near me and would want to start some ventures. If I made a shout out to anyone on WF, it’d get drowned out in the noise on there…

Great post smax, but I often wonder how much is lost while creating as such a level. Personally I can get something running bank awhile and then test a bit with new offers. 90% of the time the testing fails and eats all my cash, so I go back to old offer until I can try again.

If I was to try at full production I would go broke. How did you go about getting around this since I am sure every campaign you try isn’t instant gold.

I like the screwed up header. It gives a message of its own.

You can be anal about stuff that doesn’t matter, like a perfect header, and stay broke. Or you can be anal in the details that really matter and go through the roof with this business.
